Today’s Friday Friend is someone I find special, Kate Pearce. We met at Romance Diva’s and I have had the pleasure of reading one of her Tudor Vampire books, “Blood of the Rose” which will be reviewed at sometime in the next few months.
Ms. Pearce has an inner strength and beauty that resonates to the outer self. Raising a son with Cerebral Palsy, and instilling in all her children not only manners, but self-worth, Ms. Pearce gives that same encouragement to those around her. As a recipient of that encouragement via the Internet, I can’t help but to call Kate a friend. One I hope to meet in person some day in the near future, God willing.
Author of the House of Pleasure/Simply Series: Historical Erotic Romance and the The Tudor Vampire Chronicles: Historical Paranormal Romance — Vampire — Non-Erotic; to name just a few, Ms. Pearce has a writing career that spans the Romance Genre and its sub genres.
Simply Scandalous, the ninth and final installment of the House of Pleasure/Simply Series will be released December 24, 2012 just in time for Christmas.
Coming soon from Kensington Publishing, Ms. Pearce, writing as Catherine Lloyd will be publishing a three book series of Regency Style Mysteries starring a shy spinster and a bed-ridden hero. I don’t know about you, but I’m interested.
Have you read any of Kate Pearce’s books, and if so, what did you think? I know I’m looking forward to reading the Simply Series for sure.
